the letter:
I wish for you to be close and near to me on this special day so that I can give you a massive hug and a sloppy wet kiss and look you straight in those big beautiful blue eyes and say with blooming confidence and assurance that I care for you greatly and love you immensely.
I'm always reminded on our anniversaries of all the wonderful and lovely memories we have shared since we have been together, how the Lord brought us together and the shaping, molding, and growing we have experienced as individuals and as a couple in this time. I give all the glory to our God and maker for these last 7 months with you and look forward to what is to come. I also want to thank you for you. Thank you for your encouragement, for your honesty, for your openness, for my honey-tea and breakfast's in the fridge, for your loving embrace, for our quiet times, for the way you tell your stories, for your love for my parents, for your childlike excitement, for my random eat treats, for your high pitch squeals, for our deep talks, for our playful banter and for being real.
If my heart had a compass needle it would point to you. If I was an electron you would be my positive terminal. If I was a camera I wouldn't stop taking photos of you and my memory would be full very quickly. If I was me, I would realize that I’m the most privileged guy to have you in my life…ooo, wait, I am me and I have and you are.
